摘要
2015年,我国开启了中医硕士专业学位研究生(简称中医专硕)培养与住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)相结合的双规并行中医医师人才培养模式,成都中医药大学经过近5届的培养实践,显著提高了临床培训的标准化、规范化水平,提升了学员的岗位胜任能力,但培训中也暴露出了包括中医特色淡化、科研能力弱化、基地水平参差不齐、导师学生互动不足、思政教育校院联动不够等现象。该文以成都中医药大学中医硕士专业学位研究生培养模式改革与实践为例,提出“六有五化”培养模式,锚定中医专硕“六有”卓越中医医师培养目标,推进住培基地同质化、导学互动制度化、课程设置模块化、科研训练常态化、思政育人体系化,取得了显著的育人成效,是培养卓越中医医师的有益改革实践。
China has launched a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)physician talent training model called"Dual-track Integration"that combines the training of graduate students in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the standardized training of resident physicians since 2015.After nearly five years of postgraduate training practice,the standardization and normalization level of clinical training have been significantly improved,and the students’job competency has been improved also.However,problems such as the weakening of the characteristics of TCM,the weakening of scientific research capabilities,the uneven strength levels of various practice bases,the lack of interaction between tutors and students,and insufficient linkage between universities and practice bases in ideological and political education have also been exposed.Based on the reformation and practice of the training mode of the professional master degree of TCM from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this article proposes the"Six Haves and Five Trends"training mode,which means to train the masters of TCM into outstanding TCM physicians with the characteristics of"Six Trends",and to promote the homogenization of schools and practice bases,the institutionalization of the interaction between tutors and students,the modularization of curriculum settings,the routinization of scientific research training,and the systematization of ideological and political education.Under the"Six Haves and Five Trends"training mode,remarkable educational results have been achieved,indicating that the"Six Haves and Five Trends"training mode is a beneficial reform practice for cultivating outstanding TCM physicians.
