基于因子分析的住院医师视角下的中医带教师资评价体系初探

摘要 目的在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)工作从制度建设转向内涵建设的背景下,初步探索中医住培带教师资评价体系的构建。方法自制师资水平评价问卷调查表,通过线上方式对江苏省中西医结合医院2015级—2022级中医住院医师进行问卷调查。使用主成分分析提取公因子并命名。结果2015级—2022级住院医师共490人参与了调查,问卷整体Cronbach’sα为0.982,KMO检验统计量为0.855、巴特利特球形度检验的近似χ~2值为36253.136,P<0.001。分析结果最终提取7个因子,分别评价各因子结果可靠。结论师资单一的临床专业能力合格已不能满足新时代住院医师的培养需求,科学考核并即时反馈、创新优化的教学方法、人文关怀、切实帮助住院医师能力提升的带教目的等应成为住培带教师资评价的重要内容。 Objective Under the background of the new era in which the standardized training of residents(residency training for short) has changed from system construction to connotation construction,the construction of the evaluation system of teachers' abilities for residency training teachers of Traditional Chinese Medicine was preliminarily explored.Methods A self-administered faculty level evaluation questionnaire was administered to the 2015-2022 class of Traditional Chinese Medicine residents at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrative Medicine through an online method.The common factors were extracted and named using principal component analysis.Results A total of 490 residents in residency training from class 2015 to class 2022 participated in the survey.The overall Cronbach's α of the questionnaire was 0.982,the KMO test statistic was 0.855,and the approximate chi-squared value of Bartlett's sphericity test was 36253.136,P<0.001.The analysis resulted in the final extraction of 7 factors,and the results of each factor were evaluated separately as reliable.Conclusion The single clinical professional ability of teachers can no longer meet the training needs of residents in residency training in the new era.Scientific assessment and immediate feedback,innovative and optimized teaching methods,humanistic care,and the teaching purpose of helping trainees improve their abilities should become important elements of the faculty evaluation.
