摘要
服务于国家新医改的需要,围绕地方经济和社会发展,河南中医学院以"一个导向,三套体系,三种能力"定位"培养中西医兼通的全科医学人才";针对中西医临床全科医学专业人才培养,我们重构了该专业课程体系、完善了该专业临床实践能力培养体系、形成了形成性考核与终结性考核相结合的专业课程考核体系和"四位一体"的教学质量监控体系、加强了该专业学科和师资队伍建设,有效探索和实践了中西医临床全科医学人才培养模式。
At the service of new medical reform and development of provincial economy and society, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is positioned on training the general talents of Chinese and Western clinical medicine through one guiding, three systems and three capabilities. The curriculum system and training system of clinical ability have been improved, assessment system of specialty courses combining formative assessment with summative assessment, and teaching quality control system have been established and professional disciplines and teacher staff construction have been strengthened.
