摘要
在分析医院目前临床科研现状的基础上提出临床与科研相结合培养人才的三个阶梯:科研意识和临床能力是科学家人才培养的第一阶梯;发表高水平文章是向科学家发展的第二阶梯;取得科研成果是向科学家迈进的第三阶梯。指出三个阶梯的攀登是入选突出贡献专家的必备条件。
based on the clinical research status, a new way of combination with clinic and research for human resource stepped training was designed. They were three steps, clinical capacity and research thoughts training, paper publishing training and research achievement. They were necessity steps for a clinical scientist.
