摘要
2020年,国家中医药管理局委托中国医师协会对全国中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)开展系统评估。该文根据系统评估结果,提出正确处理好中医与西医、中医住培与医疗科研工作、培训基地与培训对象、临床培训与医疗安全、病房培训与门诊培训、中医硕士专业学位研究生培养与中医住培的6个方面的关系,以期推动中医住培更好更快平衡发展。
In 2020,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine commissioned the Chinese Medical Doctor Association to conduct a systematic nationwide evaluation of standardized residency training of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).According to the system evaluation results,this article proposes to correctly handle the relationship of 6 aspects,including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,standardized residency training of TCM and medical research work,standardized training bases and residents,standardized residency training and medical safety,master of clinical medicine training and standardized residency training,expecting to promote better,faster and balanced development of standardized residency training system of TCM.
