摘要
目前,我国中西医结合专业住院医师规范化培训模式依然沿袭着中医专业住院医师规范化培训模式,在培训目标、考核内容、培训基地、教学体系、师资力量等方面均与中医专业住院医师规范化大同小异,这种状况不仅不能适应而且严重制约着中西医结合专业的发展,同时与新时代对中西医结合专业人才培养提出的要求扞格不入。因此,建构中西医结合专业医师规范化培训模式迫在眉睫,探索构建中西医结合专业医师规范化培训模式意义重大。建构中西医结合专业医师规范化培训模式的主要内容包括:理念建构、制度建构、组织建构、人才建构等,旨在为中西医结合专业医师规范化培训模式的构建提供智识给养。
At present,the standardized training model for residents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our country still follows the standardized training mode for residents of traditional Chinese medicine.The training objectives,assessment content,training base,teaching system,and teaching staf f are similar to those of traditional Chinese medicine residents.This situation is not only unsuitable but also seriously restricts the development of the professional of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and at the same time is inconsistent with the requirements of the new era for the cultivation of professional talents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Therefore,it is imminent to construct a standardized training mode for physicians specialized in integrative medicine,and it is of great signifi cance to explore the establishment of a standardized training mode for physicians specialized in integrative medicine.The main contents of constructing the standardized training mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine professional physicians include concept construction,system construction,organization construction,talent construction,aiming to provide intellectual support for the construction of the standardized training mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine professional physicians.
