摘要
从高校科研激励政策制定、科研团队运行中的学术生态、经费报销、科研自我效能感培育等科研过程视角,探讨高校青年科研人员激励困境与理论框架,针对性提出治理路径,以期提高各类型激励有效性。
In this paper,we discusses the incentive dilemma and theoretical framework of young scientific researchers in colleges and universities from the perspective of scientific research process such as policy formulation,academic ecology in the operation of scientific research teams,reimbursement of funds,and cultivation of scientific research self-efficacy,and puts forward targeted governance paths in order to improve the effectiveness of various types of incentives.
