摘要
文章在探讨学科建设重要意义的基础上,主要从科研成果激励与学科建设的关系视角入手,并以南京财经大学为例,重点分析了目前科研成果激励所面临的突出问题,进而提出完善科研成果激励的相应对策,为提高科研成果质量和更好地支撑学科建设提供参考。
Based on perspective of discipline construction, this article firstly discusses the relationship between the scientific research achievements incentives and discipline construction. Taking Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as an example, it further analyzes the outstanding problems faced by the current scientific research achievements incentives, and then proposes the corresponding countermeasures to improve the incentives for the scientific research achievements. The results are to provide reference for improving the quality of scientific research achievements and better supporting discipline construction.
