摘要
作为高校科研管理体系重要组成部分,高校科研管理制度在高校科研管理工作中扮演着十分重要的角色,通过对众多高校科研管理制度的收集、分析、整理,从科研管理模式、科研考核指标、科研奖励办法、科研管理队伍、科研管理制度入手,比较、分析了现实的高校科研管理制度,并结合科研压力、行政化干预和青年人才培养的现实反思了现行高校科研管理制度的导向性。
As a major part, Science ＆ Research institutions plays a great role in the system of science ＆ research management in Chinese colleges and universities. The article tries to give an analysis of the present administration modes, data, methods, personnel and institutions in the science ＆ research management by comparing the different cases of a number of different colleges and universities. Finally, the article talks about the probable development of the management system from the pressure of doing research, the participative management of the academic board, and the development of the young talented researchers. Based on the analysis above, the guiding effects of scientific＆research institutions was discussed.
