摘要
团队在科研工作中的作用越来越突出。有效的激励措施是团队巩固和发展的关键,也是提高团队科研能力和绩效的保障。本文对科研人员的需求与激励因素进行了分析,并对多种激励理论进行了应用分析,提出了关于科研团队政策中的激励措施方案的若干建议。
S&R team plays a more and more important role in S&R works.Effectual incentive measures are the key for the stability and development of teams,and the safeguard in promoting the ability of S&R as well as the performance of S&RTeam.The demand and incentive influence factors for S&R personnel are analyzed,and applied analysis of several incentive theories is conducted,and then advices about incentive measures in the S&R Team policy are put forward.
