摘要
科研能力是各学科、领域研究者必须具备的一种能力,主要是从事具体科学研究工作的能力,包括创新能力、观察能力、思维能力、实际操作能力。青年教师具备的科研相应能力,对高职院校的发展至关重要。剖析青年教师科研能力存在的问题,对提高青年教师的科研能力、遏制学术不端、培养良好的科研作风有着不可替代的参考价值。
Scientific research ability is a kind of ability the researchers must have in various disciplines and research field, it is ability to complement scientific research work, including the innovation ability, observing ability, thinking ability and practical capability. Scientific research ability of young teachers is very important part to the development of vocational institutes. Analyzing the problems exist in young teachers＇ scientific research ability has irreplaceable reference value to improve young teachers＇ scientific research ability, suppress academic misconduct, cultivate good style of scientific research.
