摘要
闽西职业技术学院积极进行"嵌入式"工作站校企合作模式的构建与探索实践,通过与企业合作,在企业创设独立联合机构来共同开展应用技术研究,在为企业提供直接技术支持的同时,也为学校师资、人才培养等搭建平台。研究结果显示,这一模式虽然存在着诸多制约因素,但在助力高职院校人才培养方面优势显著。
Minxi Vocational and Technical College actively constructs and practices the ＂embedded＂ workstation college-enterprise cooperation mode,the college sets up independent institutions in the enterprise to conduct a joint application technology research,cooperating with the enterprise,which provides direct technical support for enterprises and offers a platform for the college to conduct personnel training and teaching.The results showed that this mode had significant advantages in talents training even though there have existed many constraints.
