摘要
目前科研团队已经成为我国高校科研创新和人才培养的重要载体,但就其生存现状来看,科研团队的作用并未能得到真正发挥,原因在于我国高校科研团队缺乏成熟的人力资源管理模式。本文在借鉴企业团队管理经验的基础上,提出了构建高校科研团队人力资源管理模式创新的思路。
Currently,the research team has already become the important carrier for research innovation and talents training in colleges & universities,but in regard to its present existing conditions,the function of the research team has not been really displayed,the reason lies in the fact that the research team in colleges & universities lacks mature management mode of the human resources.Based on the lessons drawn from the management experiences of enterprises' teams,this paper puts forward a new train of thought to set up human resources management mode of the research team in colleges & universities.
