摘要
创新型河北建设视角下的高校科研人员薪酬激励是新发展阶段贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的需要,是“产学研用”深度融合和创新资源优化整合的需要。本文基于高校人才和机制两个关键点,以试点高校A校为例,结合其他院校相关情况,分析高校科研人员薪酬激励机制和科技评价机制,并给出对策建议,为如何使高校科研人员更好地服务于创新型河北建设的需要参考助力。
From the perspective of innovative Hebei construction,the salary incentive of university scientific research personnel is the need of implementing the new development concept and constructing the new development pattern in the new development stage,as well as the need of the deep integration of “industry-university-research-use” and the optimization and integration of innovative resources.Based on the two key points of talent and mechanism in colleges and universities,this paper takes the experimental university A as an example and combines the relevant situations of other colleges and universities to analyze the salary incentive mechanism and science and technology evaluation mechanism of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference and help for how to make scientific research personnel in colleges and universities better serve the needs of innovative Hebei construction.
