摘要
团队作为一种开放式协作创新的形式受到实业界青睐,也得到学术界的关注。但是,团队创新的根本来源及机理还未得到足够重视,且鲜有从成员多样性效应展开的系统分析。由此,在梳理相关文献基础上,从成员多样性效应视角出发,分析了团队创新的来源,并引入双因素理论,考察了成员多样性影响团队创新的机理。研究结果表明,团队成员多样性可以分为两类,即与创新任务非直接相关的多样性和与创新任务直接相关的多样性;其中,与创新任务直接相关的多样性是团队创新的根本来源;成员多样性对团队创新的影响存在其内在机理,即两类成员多样性直接影响了团队创新,并分别通过团队沟通和团队学习对团队创新产生间接影响。
As a form of open collaborative innovation,the team is favored by the industry and has drawn the attention of academics. However,the fundamental source and mechanism of team innovation have not been given sufficient attention,and there is little systematic analysis from member diversity. Therefore,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,from the perspective of member diversity effect,this paper analyzes the source of team innovation and introduces Two-factor theory to examine the mechanism by which the member diversity affects team innovation. The research results show that the team member diversity can be divided into two types,namely,the diversity that is not directly related to innovation task and the diversity that is directly related to innovation task; among them,the diversity that is directly related to innovation task is the fundamental source of team innovation.The influence of member diversity on team innovation has its inherent mechanism,namely,the two types of team diversity directly affect team innovation,and have an indirect impact on team innovation through team communication and team learning respectively.
