摘要
开放式创新是当前国际技术创新管理领域的重要研究前沿。结合我国华南地区317家企业的问卷调查数据,对企业外向型开放式创新与突破性创新绩效之间关系以及包括决策中心性、规范化、联通性的组织协作机制的作用进行研究。实证结果显示:(1)外向型开放式创新对突破性创新绩效有着显著的正向影响;(2)决策中心性对突破性创新绩效有着显著的负向作用,但在外向型开放式创新与突破性创新绩效之间起着显著的正向调节作用;(3)规范化、联通性对突破性创新绩效均有着显著的正向影响,但在外向型开放式创新与突破性创新绩效之间关系的调节作用不显著。
Open innovation has become one of important research frontiers in the field of international technological innova- tion management, but relationship between outbound open innovation and radical innovation performance remains to be fur- ther studied, as well as the impact of organizational coordination mechanisms including centralization of decision -making, formalization and connectedness. Based on the survey of 317 enterprises in South China, the paper gets some interesting findings. Firstly, outbound open innovation has a significant positive impact on radical innovation performance. Secondly, centralization of decision making has a significant negative effect on radical innovation performance. However, it plays a positive regulation role between outbound open innovation and radical innovation performanee. Thirdly, a firm' s formaliza- tion and eonnectedness both have significant positive impact on radical innovation performance, but the regulation effect be- tween outbound open innovation and radical innovation performance is not obvious in the research.
