摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展和全球一体化进程的加快,突破性技术创新已成为世界各国,尤其是发达国家经济持续增涨的主要动力。文章从技术、市场、产品、创新流程、组织结构和竞争战略六个方面总结了突破性技术创新的特征,并在前人研究的基础上,结合典型案例研究,阐述了突破性技术创新过程中各个阶段的管理特点。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated globalization process, disruptive technology innovation has become the main power to push the continuous economic development worldwide, especially in the developed countries. This paper summarizes the characteristics of disruptive technology innovation in terms of its technology, market, product, innovation process, organization structure and competitive strategy and also set forth the characteristics on its management in different period of disruptive technology innovation process based on the previous literate researches combining with some typical case studies.
