摘要
详细介绍了传统一元性组织模式及突破性创新项目的二元性组织模式,分析发现二元性组织模式与传统一元性组织模式一样,在资源获取、能力获得、激励机制和评价指标等方面保留了一元性的特点,仍存在对于突破性创新项目管理的局限性,进而提出了二元性组织的改进模式,并以此为基础构建了基于项目负责人制的突破性创新管理模型。该模型在组织结构、组织文化、资源获取、技术能力获得、市场能力获得以及评价标准等方面具有二元性的特征,解决了传统组织中项目管理模式一元性的不足。
It details on the traditional mode of one-based organizations and the duality organizational mode of disruptive innovation projects. The analysis shows that the duality organizations mode maintains the one-based characteristics of resource acquisition, ability access, incentive mechanism, and evaluation indicators, while retaining the limitations of the disruptive innovation projects. It brings up the improved model of the duality organizational mode and builds the disruptive technology innovation project management model on project leader system. The model has the duality characteristics of organizational structure, organizational culture, resource acquisition, technical ability access, marketing ability access, as well as evaluation standards, etc. The model can solve the shortcomings of the traditional one-based organizations mode on project management.
