摘要
以资源型企业为研究样本,分析了高管团队异质性与技术创新绩效之间的作用关系,以及高管团队行为整合在两者之间所起的调节作用。研究结果表明,高管团队任期、教育专业以及职业背景的异质性与技术创新绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且高管团队行为整合对高管团队任期、教育水平、教育专业以及职业背景的异质性与技术创新绩效的关系起到调节作用。
Based on the study sample of resource-based enterprises,this paper,firstly,analyzes the correlation between heterogeneity of top management team(TMT) and technological innovation performance,as well as the moderating role of behavioral integration of TMT in the relationship between them.The results show that heterogeneity of tenure,education specialty and occupational background have significant affect on technological innovation performance.It also concludes that behavioral integration of TMT is the moderator in the relationship between heterogeneity of tenure,education level,education specialty and occupational background and technological innovation performance.
