摘要
配电网工单数量是反映配电网运行和管理水平的重要指标之一。以分析温州配电网工单的薄弱环节为切入点,借助大数据挖掘和应用技术,从配电网工单相关业务的现状分析出发,通过分析、寻找、挖掘发现配电网工单间潜在的关联关系,并通过大数据建模手段建立工单分析体系,开展基于大数据技术的工单分析监测工作,从全口径预测、中低压占比预测、抢修承载力预测、费用预测等角度开展预测分析,为配电网运维检修、投资核算、客户满意度提升提供决策依据,有效提高配电网管理水平与电网的安全性、可靠性和经济性。
The number o f work order is one of the key performance indicators to reflect the operation and management level of distribution network.In this paper,we created work order monitoring and analysis model based on big data mining technology to search and reveal the potential relationship between work order numbers and other essential factors,and forecast work order numbers and relative valuable information from different perspectives,such as full aperture forecasts,proportion o f work order in low and middle voltage level,maximum bearing capacity and expense budget forecasting.The work in this paper could provide decision making reference for distribution network operation and maintenance,investment accounting and customer satisfaction enhancement,which could improve the safety,reliability and economy of distribution network management and network.
