摘要
新型配网抢修指挥是基于营配调业务融合和统一的业务支持平台,具有主动服务、快速研判特点。本文从经济社会发展、电力市场改革、科技进步等方面阐述新型配网抢修指挥发展的必要性,然后从业务流程、专业融合、数据贯通、人才培养、业务平台、反馈机制六个模块详细说明新型配网抢修指挥是如何实现的。最后进行了效果分析:新型配网抢修指挥能够实现专业协同配合更加密切,高压故障响应时间、修复时间大幅缩短,配网抢修指挥相关指标、客户满意度、供电可靠性显著提升的目标。
Based on the integration of marketing, distribution and dispatching and unified business support platform, the new distribution network emergency repair command platform has the characteristics of active service and fast fault judgment. This paper explains the necessity of the development of the new distribution network emergency repair command from the aspects of the development of economic and social development, electricity market reform, scientific and technological progress, and then elaborates how to achieve new distribution network emergency repair command from six modules: business process,professional integration, data sharing, personnel training, business platform, and feedback mechanism. Lastly the effectvieness analysis is carried out: the new distribution network emergency repair command platform can achieve the aims of more professional coordination, shorter response and repair time of high-voltage fault, better indicators of distribution network repairing, higher customer satisfaction and power supply reliability.
