摘要
应"大检修"的建设要求,研究了配网故障抢修协同工作机制及流程优化,在一体化电网信息平台基础上建成配网生产抢修指挥平台,通过地理信息系统(GIS)及可视化技术对故障点和抢修态势进行综合分析与定位。当电网运行发生故障时,能够快速、准确判断故障位置,合理、有效调配抢修资源。配网生产抢修指挥平台与95598、生产、营销、配电自动化、公变监测终端、用电信息采集等系统的应用集成,可以帮助配网抢修指挥中心更早地发现电网隐患,更快地处理设备故障,从而更好地提供优质服务。
According to the construction requirements of the "overhaul" project, this paper studies cooperative mechanism and process optimization of urgent fault repairs for the distribution network, and builds a distribution network production repair command platform based on the integrated power grid information platform, which can locate faults and analyze urgent repair situations through the geographic information system (GIS) and the virtualization technology. On the appearance of grid operation faults, the platform can rapidly and accurately decide fault locations, and reasonably and effectively allocate repair resources. Moreover, the integration of the platform with other application systems, such as the 95598 call center, the production system, the marketing system, the distribution automation system, the user electricity consumption collection system, and so on, will be helpful for the distribution network repair command center to timely discover grid threats, more rapidly deal with device faults, and provide better services.
