摘要
电力企业在生产、运营中积累了大量的数据,通过数据贯通融合、加工分析,可在营销、生产、发策等工作上发挥巨大的辅助支撑作用。文章在95598客户诉求与电力客户档案、电力消费等方面的数据融合基础上,提出了预警、评价、指挥等多方面的应用场景,明确了电力营销大数据应用推进的典型步骤,梳理了电力营销大数据典型经验,为下一步深化应用奠定基础。
Electric power enterprises have accumulated a large number of data in production and operation.Through data integration,processing and analysis,they can play a huge supporting role in marketing,production,development and other work.Based on the data integration of 95598 customer demands,power customer files and power consumption,this paper puts forward the application scenarios of early warning,evaluation,command and other aspects,defines the typical steps to promote the application of power marketing big data,combs out the typical experience of power marketing big data,and lays the foundation for further application.
