摘要
简述了配电自动化技术最新发展情况,对配电自动化建设中存在的问题进行了总结分析,提出了智能配电网调度控制系统新的技术方案。系统框架设计采用了配电网调度控制与故障抢修一体化技术和信息集成技术;重点对系统实用化关键技术进行了研究和探讨,包括配电网大数据量采集技术、馈线自动化技术、配电地理信息展示技术,以及适应配电网特性的应用分析软件等;考虑新能源接入对配电网的影响,探讨了对相关技术的改进和调整方案。
The latest development of distribution automation technology is briefly treated and some existing problems in the construction of distribution automation are analyzed.A new technical scheme of smart distribution grid dispatching and control system is proposed,whose framework is based on the integration of distribution dispatching control,emergency repairing technology and information integration technology. The key techniques in practical application are discussed, including distribution network large data acquisition, feeder automation, distribution geographic information system (GIS) demonstration and advanced application algorithm adapted to the characteristics of distribution network.In consideration of the influence of new energy access to distribution network,improvement and adj ustment of related technologies are studied.
