摘要
讨论并提出了对仪器设备进行主观验评的量表方法,并实际应用于一种国产示波器。这种主观验评的办法能够帮助国产仪器设备了解用户对产品的实际感受,从而通过改进自身设计,提升客户满意度。
A method of subjective evaluation was proposed based on questions and scale table.The method was practised on a certain domestic oscillograph.It could help the manufacturer to acquaintance the consumer’s real experience on their instruments,and find the key point to improve their Product
