摘要
国产科学仪器发展迅速、应用广泛。本文主要从5个方面综述了国产光谱仪、色谱仪、质谱仪、电化学仪、生命科学仪器等科学仪器在食品安全检测中的应用现状与发展趋势,同时,指出了国产科学仪器在资金投入、技术和质量等方面还存在着一些问题,最后对国产科学仪器将来的发展方向提出了展望。
Scientific instruments made in China have been developed rapidly and applied widely. In this paper, the application and development of scientific instruments about spectrometer, chromatograph and electrochemical instruments for testing food were summarized. It was pointed that there were some problems about financing, technology and quality for Chinese instruments. It is hoped that instruments made in China would be developed well in the future.
