摘要
电力行业的数字化转型需要重点关注基层领域的实践探索,目前供电所日常的工作存在着业务系统多、外勤终端多、工单类别杂乱、流程未规范管理等情况。基于此,首先,根据人工智能技术在供电所中的实际应用,提出数字化供电所的总体框架设计;其次,实现对工单生成、派发、组合、反写、监控、评价六大重要生命阶段的聚合及管理;最后,通过目前数字化供电所实际建设情况,表明数字化供电所方案能切实解决供电所人工效率低下、基层负担压力大等问题,提升基层员工的数字化解决能力,全面助力电力企业数字化转型。
The digital transformation of the power industry needs to focus on practical exploration in the grassroots field.At present,the daily work of power supply stations is characterized by many business systems,many field terminals,chaotic work orders,and non-standard management of processes.Based on this,according to the practical application of artificial intelligence technology in power supply stations,the overall framework design of digital power supply stations is proposed,and then the aggregation and management of six important life stages of work order generation,distribution,combination,rewriting,monitoring and evaluation are realized.Finally,it is shown that the digital power supply station program can effectively solve the problems of low labor efficiency and heavy burden on the grassroots of the power supply station through the actual construction of current digital power supply stations.It also improves the digital solution capability of grassroots employees and fully helps the digital transformation of power enterprises.
