摘要
三线建设工业遗产是中国现代工业遗产的重要组成部分,了解和掌握这类遗产保护现状是对其利用并开展研究的基础。其研究应建立多学科交叉的研究框架和整体性的研究思路,从基础理论、主要问题、创新利用、资源整合等方面开展研究。三线建设工业遗产的保护与开发利用需要以经济学、管理学理论为基础,梳理遗产的产权与使用权,调整与创新现行政策,探索资金筹集的可行性途径,在工业遗产保护利用的经济与管理政策方面进行大胆探索。
The Third-Front industrial heritage is an important part of China’s modern industrial heritage. Understanding the current situation of the conservation of the Third-Front industrial heritage is the basis for its utilization and research. To study the Third-Front industrial heritage, it is important to build a multidisciplinary framework with a holistic perspective, and carry out research focusing on basic theories, major issues, innovative utilization, and resource integration. The protection and utilization of the Third-Front heritage should be based on the theory of economics and management, sort out the property rights and usage rights of the heritage, adjust and innovate the current policies, explore the feasible ways of fund raising, and make bold exploration in the economic and management policies in this regard.
