摘要
基于各级别文物保护名单,利用ArcGIS软件,对上海市工业遗产的时空分布和保护利用进行分析。结果表明:(1)上海工业遗产时间跨度大、历史延续性强,整体可以分为3个阶段:散点期,上海工业发展缓慢,留下的工业遗产数量相对较少;密集期,上海建成相对完整的工业体系,此期间留下的工业遗产数量激增;回落期,工业发展迅猛,工业遗产数量却大大减少。(2)上海在工业遗产的保护与利用上虽有不足,未来仍需坚持保护优先与合理利用相结合、信息公开与决策透明相融合、分级管理与动态传承相促进、联动规划与社区融合相统一的四项关键原则,现阶段已发展出文化艺术空间、文化消费空间、文化休闲空间3种主要利用模式,可为其他各地工业遗产保护与利用提供参考。
Based on the list of cultural relics protection at all levels,the spatial and temporal distribution and the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Shanghai were analyzed through ArcGIS software.The results show that:(1)Shanghai's industrial heritage,with a large time span and strong historical continuity,can be divided into three stages as a whole:the scattering period,when Shanghai's industrial development was slow and the number of industrial heritage left behind was relatively small;the intensive period,when a relatively complete industrial system was built in Shanghai and the number of industrial heritage left behind surged in the meantime;and the falling back period,when the industrial development was rapid,but the number of industrial heritage was reduced greatly.(2)Although there are still some deficiencies in the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Shanghai,it adheres to four key principles:the combination of protection priority and rational utilization,the integration of information disclosure and decision-making transparency,the promotion of hierarchical management and dynamic inheritance,and the unification of linkage planning and community integration.Three main utilization modes of cultural and artistic space,cultural consumption space and cultural leisure space have been developed,which can provide some reference for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in other places.
