摘要
在职业教育人才培养中,仍然存在着重专业技能、轻素质培育的问题。习近平总书记强调,高等职业教育要坚持立德树人,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出要深化育人机制改革。高职院校须重视“三线精神”在新时代的育人价值,从课堂教学、校园文化、校外实践等多维度探索“三线精神”融入制造类专业人才培养过程的实施路径,这也是贯彻教育部关于“构建德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养体系”要求的有力举措,对回应制造业技术技能人才严重短缺问题、引导高职制造类人才敬业乐业等具有重要意义。
In the training of talents in vocational education,there is still the problem of emphasizing professional skills and neglecting quality cultivation.Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the educational value of the"three-line spirit"in the new era,explore the implementation path of integrating the"three-line spirit"into the training process of manufacturing professionals from the multi-dimensional aspects of classroom teaching,campus culture,offcampus practice,etc.This is also a powerful measure to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education on"building a talent training system with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor",and respond to the serious shortage of technical and skilled talents in the manufacturing industry It is of great significance to guide manufacturing talents in higher vocational colleges to work hard and happily.
