摘要
基于简历分析方法,通过构建大学教师的大数据简历库,采用数据挖掘技术分析了中国"工科类"大学教师的流动规模和流动规律。研究发现:在总体流动频率方面,中国研究型大学教师的流动频率总体偏低,有流动经历的"工科类"大学教师占据了有流动经历的大学教师总样本的"半壁江山",且"工科类"大学教师相比其他学科的大学教师具有更强的流动性;在区域分布方面,中国"工科类"大学教师更多在东部地区流动,且表现出更大比例的东部地区内部流动——这与传统的东部地区向中、西部地区掠夺式获得人才的刻板印象不符;在宏观影响因素方面,"工科类"大学教师的流动规模与高校所在地的总体发展水平紧密关联,既与经济发展水平相关,也与高等教育发展水平相关;"
This paper analyzes the mobility scale and mobility rule of engineering faculty based on CV analysis using a big CV database of faculty in Chinese universities.The results indicate as follows:in terms of total mobility frequency,the engineering faculty with mobility experience accounts for as much as half of the faculty with mobility experience,which indicates the higher mobility preference of engineering faculty;in terms of distribution,engineering faculty tend to mobile inside the eastern region of China,which counters to the traditional stereotyping of " mobility from central and western regions of China to the southeast" pattern;in terms of macro-level influencing factors,engineering faculty mobility is closely related to total development of university location,including economic development,as well as higher education development;inside of engineering,there exists the difference in mobility level among different disciplines.
