西部高校师资队伍稳定性分析

An Analysis on the Stability of College Teacher Group in the West of China

摘要 西部高校师资队伍中青年教师和高层次教师的队伍不稳定、流失程度相对较高、隐性流失逐渐凸显。引入目标一致理论对西部高校教师队伍流失原因进行分析,发现西部高校教师个人价值实现与高校发展目标之间存在分歧和背离是师资队伍不稳定的主要原因。为此,西部高校应明确学校发展定位,构建学校和教师之间良好的心理契约,实现明确的办学目标,尊重教师个性发展,改善其工作条件,以提高师资队伍稳定性,增强人才整体合力。 The author analyzed the situation and characteristic of college' teacher group in West of China, and found the unsteadiness comes from young and high-level teachers primarily. After further analysis through the theory of common goal, the author found the primary reason of unsteadiness is due to the difference between the individual value and the goal of college. The effective method of strengthening the stability and enforcing college teacher group include: optimizing the goal of college, forming the psychological bargain between the teachers and colleges, respecting teachers' personality development, changing their working coditions and etc
