摘要
人才流失是人才流动态势中“进”与“出”失衡的特定现象。人才的流失意味着自己培养且需要的人才不能继续为本单位服务,特别是高质量人才的流失,对医院技术建设会产生严重的不良后果。本文以21世纪知识经济为背景,探讨医学人才流失的成因,初步提出了挽留人才、保护人才的对策。
Brain drain is an imbalance between the inflow and outflow of talents. It means that the talents produced and needed by the unit cannot serve the unit. Brain drain, especially drain of highly-qualified talents, may result in severe negative effects on the development of hospital skill construction, In the 21st century' s knowledge-based economy, the article explores the causes of medical talents drain, and puts forward countermeasures for keeping and protecting talents.
