摘要
新中国成立以来的学术制度变革深刻地影响了我国大学高层次人才流动。为研究学术制度变革影响下的大学高层次人才流动变迁,在线抓取6类项目人才9534份简历信息进行统计分析,结果显示我国大学高层次人才的流动规模、流动频率和流动周期中的变化与年代之间的相关性显著。改革开放后从单位制到聘任制的制度转换带来了大学高层次人才流动规模的快速上升,以建设世界一流大学为目标的两大工程与"双一流"建设将大学高层次人才的流动规模推向高峰。尽管我国大学高层次人才流动频率在7代人中逐渐降低,但制度变革对人才流动的激励在一定程度上抵消了年龄对50后、60后流动频率的制约。学术制度变革对有序流动的合法性辩护使7代大学高层次人才的流动周期逐渐缩短,但各学科间的变化速度存在较明显差异。
Academic system reform has profoundly affected the high-level talents mobility since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.To research the changes in high-level talents mobility under the reform,the article analyzed 9534 resumes of six project talents for effective information extraction.The results showed that,high-level talents’mobility scale,frequency and cycle were correlated with year.The transformation from the unit system to the appointment system after opening-up reform has brought about a rapid increase in the scale of flow scale,and the two major projects aimed at building a world-class university and construction of"Double FirstClass"initiative pushed the scale to the peak.Although the high-level talents mobility frequency has gradually decreased in seven generations,the incentive of system reform on talent flow has counteracted age’restriction effect in the people of 50’s and 60’s to some extent.Academic system reform which justified the legitimacy of mobility has shorten the talents’mobility cycle,but there were obvious differences among disciplines’change speed.
