摘要
随着经济的快速发展,我国人口流动频率持续上升,空巢老人数量持续上升,养老压力逐渐增大,空巢老人问题成为社会共同关注的热点问题。文章通过健康质量量表和一般情况调查问卷,调查了河北省沙河市的100名空巢老人。调查显示,空巢老人中男性的生存质量和生活满意度基本高于女性,空巢老人的生活质量和生活满意度受到不同因素的影响,其中包括年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、月经济收入、子女数量。空巢老人生活质量总体较差,主要表现为精神空虚,应该为空巢老人提供多样化的社会支持和国家政策支持。通过研究空巢老人的生活质量及影响因素,提出具体可行的应对策略,为以后的相关研究以及改善空巢老人的生存质量提供建议和参考。
A steady increase in the number of empty-nest elderly caused by the rapid economic growth,frequent population mobility will increase the pressure of provide for the aged.The issue of empty-nest elderly has become a hot issue of common concern to society.In this paper,Convenience sampling method for selecting 100 empty nesters in Shahe City,Hebei Province ,general situation questionaire and quality of well-being scale are adopted to make the reaserch. Accroding to the data, it＇s easily found that,of the empty nesters,men usually live a better life than women.In addition,different factors results in the quality and satisfaction of life among empty nesters,including age,gender,marital status,literacy rate,economic income and recreational activity family members. Generally speaking,the empty nest elderly lives in relatively poor conditions,mostly featuring spiritual emptiness.Thus,proper measures should be taken to address this serious problem.For instance,great efforts should be stepped up to provide multiple social assistance and national policy support to empty nest aged people.Therefore,through studies about factors that influence life quality of empty nesters,concrete and manageable strategies will be figured out so as to provide suggestions and references for relavant reaserches ahead and the improvement of their living standards.
