摘要
目的调查与探讨劳动力外流背景下农村老年人群劳动参与、社会心理健康状况及相关性,为促进农村养老事业提供科学依据。方法采用劳动参与问卷、自测心理健康和自测社会健康量表对山东省15个行政村300名农村老年人进行调查。结果空巢老人在农业劳动强度与时间、打工或工作劳动强度、总劳动供给劳累度方面要高于非空巢老人,自测心理健康与社会健康低于非空巢老人(P<0.05);农村老年人自测心理健康与农业劳动的强度、时间,打工或工作劳动强度、时间呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与家务劳动时间、儿童照护强度和时间呈显著正相关(P<0.05);自测社会健康与农业劳动的强度、时间,打工或工作劳动强度、时间,总劳动供给劳累度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论在劳动力外流背景下,为积极的促进农村老年人身心健康,要考虑到诸多影响因素,当然也需要政府、社会、家庭养老综合体系的支持。
Objective To explore the situation and correlation of labor participation,social health and mental health among the elderly people in rural areas under the background of the labor emigration.Methods 300 rural elderly people were investigated by labor participation questionnaire and Self-rated Health Measurement Scale.Results The self-rated mental health and social health of the empty nesters were lower than those of the non-empty nesters(P<0.05).The self-rated mental health of the rural elderly was significantly negatively correlated with the intensity,time of agricultural labor and work(P<0.05),but positively correlated with the time of housework and child care,the intensity of child care(P<0.05);the selfrated social health was significantly negatively correlated with the intensity,time of agricultural labor and work,and negatively correlated with total labor tiredness as well(P<0.01).Conclusion Under the background of the labor emigration,many factors should be taken into account to promote social health and mental health of the rural elderly and also rural pension system should be more supported by the government,society and family.
