摘要
纺织行业的转型升级对人才提出了更高要求,为客观准确反映全球及我国纺织行业的人才分布情况,按照在纺织产业岗位职责的不同,将纺织人才分为科学研究人员、工程技术人员和行业辅助人员。采用简历分析法,整理分析截至2019年3月的15 618份全球纺织人才信息,定量描述了全球以及我国纺织人才的性别结构、岗位分布结构、空间分布情况、受教育程度等特征信息。通过对比全球范围内及我国范围内的人才信息,从优化纺织人才岗位结构、提高纺织人才受教育程度、鼓励更多学生选择纺织相关行业等3个方面提出我国纺织人才发展建议。
The transformation and upgrading of the textile industry has placed higher demands on talents.In order to objectively and accurately reflect the talent situation of China’s textile industry,according to the job classification,the textile talents has been divided into three categories,including scientific researcher,technical engineer and industry support personnel.The information of 15618 global textile talents as of March 2019 have been analyzed by using curriculum vitae analysis(CV analysis)method.And the gender structure,job distribution structure,spatial distribution and education level of textile talents at the global level and China level have been quantitatively described.By comparing the talent information at the global level and China level,three suggestions for the development of China’s textile talents have been proposed that are optimizing the structure of textile talents,improving the education level of textile talents,and encouraging more students to choose textile-related industries.
