摘要
按照实际要求计算出的激振正弦载荷施加在振动筛上,进行运动学和瞬态动力学分析,得出振动筛的运动学特性和动力学特性。运动学仿真结果验证了理论计算与仿真结果的统一。由动力学特性得出振动筛的应力分布,找出最大应力点的位置,对该位置的结构进行了改进,从而达到降低应力的目的。模拟结果验证:该结构改进实用,有效。
Calculated sine load according to the actual requirement. Imposed the sine load on the vibrating screen for kinematics and transient dynamics analysis. Get kinematics characteristics and dynamic characteristics of vibrating screen. Kinematics simulation results verified the unity of theoretical calculation and simulation results. According to the stress distribution of dynamic characteristic of vibrating screen, find out the location whose stress is maximum. Improved the structure of the location, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing stress. Simulation results verified that the improving structure is practical and effective.
