板梁耦合的振动分析

摘要 简单形状构件的振动理论较为成熟,但在实际工程中,振动部件的形状较为复杂,需要根据现有的简单形状构件的振动理论通过耦合的方式来进行分析.针对一个机械构件,首先根据其形状,把其简化为板梁耦合结构.而后分别建立板和梁的的振动方程,再通过两者之间的力矩和转角的关系对各自的振动方程进行了修正,获得耦合振动方程.最后分别通过理论分析的仿真和ANSYS仿真对理论分析进行了检验和修正.仿真结果的比较也证明了此理论分析的正确性.通过此分析,提出了一种可行的振动耦合的求解方法. The vibration theory of simple component has been formed well. But in actual engineering, the shape of vibration component is complicated and its vibration theory needs to be analyzed according to the theory of simple shape. A mechanical component is simplified as coupling structure of board and beam according to its shape. Then the equations of board and beam are set up separately. The relation of moment and corner between board and beam is utilized to revise their vibrational equations. At last, theoretical analysis and ANSYS simulations test and revise the theory. At the same time, the two simulation results are compared to prove the correctness of the theory. Through the analysis, a method that can solve the question of vibrational coupling is obtained.
