摘要
针对智能变电站二次设备预制舱底座高度小于300 mm的要求,设计了H型钢与槽钢焊接组合的新型底座结构方案,并利用有限元分析平台进行了底座的吊装有限元分析和模态分析,验证了新型底座方案的安全性与可靠性,并对底座结构进行优化设计,降低底座重量和加工成本,提高了底座的整体刚度。通过底座承压试验测量底座变形数据,在预制舱结构设计中具有较强的指导意义。
According to the base' s height of prefabricated cabin for secondary equipments in intelligent substation is less than 300 millimeters, a new base structure which welding H steels and channel steels together was designed. Lifting by using the base analysis and modal analysis of the new base structure was accomplished finite element analysis platform. The structural deformation and von-Mises equivalent stress of satisfy the safety requirements of prefabricated cabin. The safety and reliability of the new base are verified by finite element analysis. Structural optimization design was proceeded in order to improve the base's stiffness and reduce the processing cost. Actual deformation data of the base is measured by base bearing test. This design method has strong generality in structural design of prefabricated cabins.
