摘要
针对济南东站道路跨度大、地基厚度小的问题,设计了龙门形充电桩。介绍了龙门充电桩的结构特点并对其各部分的质量进行了核算。基于仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench,对设计的龙门式充电桩进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到其变形云图、应力云图和前6阶振型图,验证了龙门充电桩设计方案的可靠性和安全性。对样机进行安装调试,实际变形量与仿真分析变形量接近,验证了设计方案的可行性和设计方法的科学性,对龙门形充电桩的设计具有较强的指导意义。通过垫片对龙门充电桩水平部分进行调节,基本消除了水平部分的下垂量,达到了比较理想的效果。
Aiming at the problems of large road span and small foundation thickness of Jinan East Station,a gantry charging pile is designed.The structural characteristics of the gantry charging pile are introduced and the weight of each part is calculated.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,the static analysis and modal analysis of the gantry charging pile are carried out to obtain its deformation cloud diagram,stress cloud diagram and first six-order vibration mode diagram,which verify the reliability and safety of the gantry charging pile design.After installation and commissioning of the prototype,the actual deformation is close to the simulation analysis deformation,which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme and the scientificity of the design method,and has a strong guiding significance for the design of the gantry charging pile.The horizontal part of the gantry charging pile is adjusted through the gasket,which basically eliminates the sagging of the horizontal part and achieves a more ideal effect.
