摘要 针对智能变电站二次设备预制舱内前接线机柜结构形式,在接线及运维检修作业不满足操作空间需要的情况下,设计了“一体式机架框架”及“模块化功能单元”相结合的方案,改原有串行配线作业工序为并行作业方式,极大提高了加工生产效率及标准化程度,便于设备的安装、运行维护;并对机架结构进行了优化设计,降低机架加工成本,利用有限元分析平台对机架优化前、后的稳定性进行了有限元模态仿真计算分析,验证了新型机架结构方案的安全性与可靠性。 In view of the fact that the structure of the front wiring cabinet in the prefabricated cabin of the secondary equipment of the smart substation does not meet the requirements of the operation space in the wiring and operation and maintenance operations,a scheme combining an integrated rack frame and modular functional units is designed.The original serial wiring operation process is changed to a parallel operation mode,which greatly improves the processing production efficiency and the degree of standardization,and facilitates the installation,operation and maintenance of the equipment.And the frame structure is optimized to reduce the processing cost of the frame.Using the finite element analysis platform,the finite element modal simulation calculation and analysis of the stability of the frame before and after optimization are carried out,and the safety and reliability of the new frame structure scheme are verified.
