摘要
圆轴轴肩处若采用尖角过渡,承载时将引起较大的应力集中。采用圆弧过渡可以降低应力集中现象。介绍了利用ANSYS软件对圆轴轴肩圆角进行优化设计的方法,在工程实际中有重要的应用价值。
If transition at the shaft collar of a circular shaft adopting closed angle will bring biggish stress concentration as bearing load.The stress concentration may be reduced if adopting circular arc transition.This thesis introduces the method of optimal design for the circular arc transition radius of the shaft collar of a circular shaft with ANSYS,which has an important use value in engineering practice.
