摘要
运用有限元分析软件建立了圆振动筛筛箱有限元模型;分析了空载条件下筛箱动应力分布规律,并进行了筛箱优化,从而减轻了筛箱的自重并均衡了各组成构件应力分布;同时对负载条件下筛箱的动应力分布进行了校验。优化后产品的技术性能比优化前有了显著提高。
The finite element model of the screen box of a circular vibration screen is established using the FEA software. By analyzing the dynamic stress-distributing rule of the screen vessel in unloaded state and then optimizing the vessel, the vessel deadweight is lowered and the stress distribution of vessel parts is evened. Additionally, the dynamic stress distribution of the vessel in loaded condition is tested and verified and the result shows the technical performance of this screen is obviously improved after the optimization work.
