摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了HFZS1640型振动筛筛箱结构的参数化有限元模型,进行谐响应分析,求出振动筛工作状态下的动应力分布。为了改善筛箱的强度,以组成筛箱各板厚度为设计变量,动应力为状态变量,总质量为目标函数,通过零阶法对筛箱结构进行优化计算。结果表明,优化后振动筛能够满足强度要求,且应力分布更趋于均匀化。
Established the parametric finite element model of HFZS1640 vibrating screen body structure by the ANSYS software. Acquired the dynamic stress distribution of vibrating screen in the state of working by harmonic response analysis. For improving vibrating screen body structure strength, the calculation considered the each thickness which constitute vibrating screen body as design considered, considered the dynamic stress as state considered, took the total mass as the objective function . This optimization problem was solved using zero method. The result showed that after optimize the vibrating screen strength is satisfied and the stress distribution more even.
