摘要
目的探讨三级医院ICU医护人员工作倦怠、工作满意度与离职意愿间的关系。方法采用方便抽样抽取青岛市3所三级医院7个ICU的250名医护人员,对其工作倦怠、工作满意度与离职意愿进行问卷调查。结果三级医院ICU医护人员工作倦怠、工作满意度与离职意愿平均得分分别为(54.97±11.83)、(65.19±11.75)、(18.12±3.76)分;工作倦怠、工作满意度、学历、工龄、聘用方式是预测医护人员离职的主要因素。结论三级医院ICU医护人员离职意愿处于高等水平,工作倦怠处于中等以上水平,工作满意度处于中等水平;工作倦怠对离职意愿有直接正向预测作用,工作满意度对离职意愿有直接负向预测作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between job fatigue, job satisfaction and turnover intention in health care workers in ICU departments of tertiary hospitals. Methods A total of 250 health care workers working in ICU of seven ter- tiary hospitals in Qindao were recruited using convenience sampling method. They were investigated using a questionnaire concer- ning their job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Results The mean scores of job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention of the health workers surveyed were 54.97~11.83, 65.19~11.75 and 18.12~3.76, respectively. Job burnout, job satisfaction, educational background, length of service, and way for employment were the main factors contributing to resign from their office. Conclusion In tertiary hospitals, turnover intention in health care workers in ICU occupies at a high level, the job fatigue is above the middle, and job satisfaction ranks moderately. Job burnout can be a forward positive predictor for resign, and job satisfaction, a forward negative predictor.
