摘要
近年来我国重症医学事业蓬勃发展,教学医院承担了越来越多的进修医师带教工作。然而重症医学作为一门新兴学科,带教工作尚需要不断总结经验与方法。本文从带教知识要点、操作技能,临床思维方法,院感防控,重症伦理,院际协作等方面,总结了作者在重症医学科进修医师带教工作中的一些经验与思考。
It has been more and more important for the refresher physicians education in critical care medicine, as ICU wards are developing very fast nowadays in China. This article showed some points to prove teaching quality in basic knowledge, operating skills, clinical thinking methods, prevention of ICU acquired infection, medical ethics for critical ill patients and cooperation with refresher physicians.
