摘要
目的探讨可视化技术辅助教学在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法研究对象为2018年6月—2019年8月间南方医科大学珠江医院重症医学科轮转规范化培训医师,随机分为研究组及对照组,每组人数为30例。研究组采取可视化技术辅助教学,对照组为传统教学模式。比较两组医师专业理论、临床技能考核成绩及对带教满意度。结果研究组理论成绩(87.31±2.41)分,技能成绩(86.15±3.24)分,带教满意度(92.22±4.71)分,均高于对照组的(81.23±3.15)分、(80.52±3.32)分、(83.18±4.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视化技术辅助教学对规培医师的求学兴致、专业理论知识掌握水平及实践技能操作能力均有明显提高,对提升教学质量有明显效果。
Objective To assess optimizing the application effect of visual teaching in clinical practice of resident standardized training in critical care medicine.Methods The residents of standardized training in our ICU were selected as subjects from June 2018 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 residents in each group.The research group adopted a visual teaching mode,and the control group adopted a traditional teaching mode.The scores of the two groups of residents and their satisfaction with teaching were compared.Results The theoretical test scores of the study group(87.31±2.41),skill scores(86.15±3.24),and satisfaction with teaching(92.22±4.71)were higher than those of the control group(81.23±3.15),(80.52±3.32)points,(83.18±4.11)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of visual teaching can enhance residents'interest in learning,improve there theoretical knowledge and practical skills of standardized training of critical care medicine,effectively improve teaching quality.
