目标教学在心内科医学生带教中的应用价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨目标教学在心内科带教中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月在医院进行心内科培训的医学生80例,以不同的教学方案将所有学生分为两组,即研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组医学生采用常规教学法带教,研究组医学生采用目标教学法带教,比较两组带教效果。结果带教后的学习动机评分:研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医学生总体满意度CEQ评分:研究组(4.22±0.24)分显高于对照组的(2.25±0.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教后的自学能力、沟通能力、知识掌握、团队精神、批判性思维评分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标教学在心内科带教中的应用效果良好,可有效提高医学生的操作能力,提高医学生对带教模式的肯定度。 Objective To explore the application effect of target teaching in cardiology teaching.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,80 medical students were trained in our hospital for cardiology.All students were divided into two groups with different teaching plans,namely the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The medical students in the control group were taught by the conventional teaching method,and the medical students in the research group were taught by the target teaching method.Results The score of learning motivation after teaching:the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction CEQ score of medical students:the study group(4.22±0.24)was significantly higher than the control group(2.25±0.30),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-study ability,communication ability,knowledge mastery,team spirit,and critical thinking scores of the study group after teaching were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted teaching has a good application effect in cardiology teaching.It can effectively improve the operation ability of medical students and increase their affirmation of the teaching mode.
