摘要
目的分析长春市社区护士工作满意度对离职倾向的影响。方法采用工作满意度量表和离职倾向量表对长春市138名社区护士实施随机抽样问卷调查并对结果进行分析。结果社区护士的总体工作满意度及九个维度与离职倾向均呈负相关(P<0.01),管理方式与社区医院政策及薪酬可以联合解释离职倾向总变异量的24.4%,其中管理方式及社区医院政策对离职倾向的影响最大。结论社区护士的工作满意度对离职倾向具有一定的预测性,管理者可以通过提高社区护士的工作满意度来避免护士离职倾向的产生。
Objective To analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention among community nurses in Changchun. Method 138 community nurses in Changchun had been interviewed and analyzed in variability by filling out job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale. Results The turnover intention of community nurses have a negative correlation with the total score and every dimension of their job Satisfaction(P〈0.01). Turnover intention was explained by 24.4% with management and policy of community hospital and pay. Among which, the satisfaction of management and policy of community hospital played the most important role. Conclusion The re- search shows that the job satisfaction of community nurses has a good predictability to their turnover intention, and the loss of community nurse could be decreased through strengthening the management to their job satisfaction.
